This report will search the patient file for people who have had charges by the selected doctors, inside the date range. Then the report will check to make sure that the patient has the requested insurance plan. (There is no correlation between the charges and the insurance.)
NO DATE RANGE: The program will search for accounts with the patients doctor and insurance.
