This program will print out a report of the people who have outstanding recalls. It provides more operator functionality that the standard program, and a more detailed output report. This program can be used to transfer primary notices to secondary and also to purge notices once they have been printed. This DOES NOT print the special notice formats. It is simply a report or mailing labels for the people with recalls.
If the operator selects "I"ndividual notices and chooses the mailing label options, the the selection criteria is overlooked and the mailing labels are printed for each of the patients listed. The operator can select up to 18 individual patients.
Mailing labels can be printed in either single column, six line Avery style labels, or three across labels on a laser printer.
REAL MODE and the PURGE option are only valid if the operator chooses the REPORT output type.
OUTPUT: Standard Avery style 6 (six) line mailing labels.
